ABOUT JASON
I'm Jason, a Kentucky boy at heart, a husband to my best friend, and a dad to three boys who keep life loud, busy, and full of joy. For the past 15 years, I've helped families find the place where their own stories unfold, and I don't take that trust lightly.
I've always been drawn to three things: helping people, building real relationships, and solving problems. For a long time I thought of those as separate parts of who I am. Then I found real estate, the one career where all three come together every single day.
My faith guides how I do business: honestly, patiently, and with your best interests first. Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions you'll make. It's exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. My job is to take that weight off your shoulders and guide you through every step with honesty and care, so you can focus on the life you're building in your next home. Few things are more rewarding to me than handing over the keys and seeing what that moment means to a family.
I don't see clients as transactions. I see them as neighbors, and often as friends long after closing day. I'm proud to still be the person many of them call for a contractor recommendation, a restaurant suggestion, or advice about Nashville.
I also love a good challenge. Every deal comes with its own puzzle, whether it's a competitive market, a tricky inspection, a tight timeline, or a long wish list where every box needs a check. I enjoy digging in, thinking creatively, and finding the solution that gets my clients where they want to go.
That approach is backed by real local involvement. I served on the Board of Directors for Sumner Realtors from 2023 to 2025, and in 2024 I chaired RPAC, where we set fundraising records. Those years built strong relationships with agents across the area, and when I list your home, those connections put it in front of more agents and their buyers, which helps it sell faster and, in most cases, for more money.
When I'm not showing homes, you'll find me on the water with a fishing rod in hand, usually with at least one of my boys asking if we can stay "just ten more minutes." Turns out real estate and fishing have a lot in common: it takes patience, local know-how, and knowing when the right one comes along.
Whether you're buying your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or relocating to Music City, I'd love to help you find your place in Nashville. Let's find yours.
